SON OF DAVID

FORENSIC ANALYSIS: THE CULTURAL CAMOUFLAGE In the provinces, Jesus operates under the "Cultural Hero" archetype. The title "Son of David" is safe—it implies a human King, a political liberator. It does not explicitly claim Divinity. This allows Him to gather a massive following without triggering an immediate blasphemy trial.

PHASE: 02 // SECTOR: PAGAN NORTH

SON OF MAN

"But who do you say that I am? ... You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." Matthew 16:15-16 (ESV)

SYSTEM UPDATE: THE PIVOT In the shadow of the pagan Pan grottoes, Jesus pivots. He accepts Peter's private confession ("Son of God") but publicly adopts the title "Son of Man" (Daniel 7). He redefines the mission: not Conquest, but Atonement. This is the shift from "King" to "Sacrifice."

FORENSIC NUANCE: THE CLAIM OF POWER Under illegal nocturnal interrogation, Jesus is "adjured" (sworn in). He answers by citing Daniel 7:13 and Psalm 110:1. He claims co-regency. He tells the High Priest: "You are judging me now, but I will be the Judge of you." It is a claim of cosmic ultimate authority.

THE VERDICT

THE CLIMATIC EXTREME This is the formal ratification. The Council demands the specific title: "Son of God". Jesus gives the affirmative "I AM" (Ego Eimi). This is the "Climatic Extreme" — the on-the-record blasphemy according to Sadducee thought and theology that forces the handover to Pilate. The subtle "Cultural Hero" claim is gone; only the claim to Divine Son remains.

DATA VALIDATION The Resurrection is not poetry; it is pragmatic proof. The Sanhedrin executed Him for claiming to be the Son of God. By returning to life, He provided the data that validated the claim. The "Man 2.0" (Son of Man) is now online and eternal.
